Model Academy, in collaboration with Model Institute of Engineering and Technology, organized a two day I-Survive adventure camp at Patnitop on May 10th, 2024, "I-Survive" is an innovative program designed to shape the attitudes and life skills of youth. By challenging students outside their comfort zones, it fosters positive attitudes, sparks creativity, and encourages the development of essential survival skills for success in today's competitive world. Additionally, it promotes environmental appreciation among students.
Students, divided into groups, engaged in various activities under the guidance of enthusiastic and trained instructors. The camp was packed with fun filled adventure activities which included Free Fall Jump, Commando Wrapping, Burma Bridge, Spider Web, Valley Bridge Rope Crossing, team building exercises and trekking at the height of 10000 feet. All the Children enthusiastically participated in the activities.
Evening were spent around a bonfire, where students showcased their talents through songs, dances, skits, and games, enhancing the overall experience.
With 47 students and 4 faculty members, the camp, coordinated by Mrs. Nisha Arora and Mrs. Manju Vali, was a resounding success, leaving lasting memories and valuable lessons for all participants.
