On August 9th, 2024, Model Academy organized a music workshop on its premises for the students of fine arts and music. The event featured Ms. Sunaina Koul, a renowned singer and former Head of the Vocal Department at the College of Music and Fine Arts, as the resource person. The program began with a lamp lighting ceremony. The workshop aimed to enhance students' understanding of music and fostering deeper appreciation and skills in music.
Ms. Koul shared her extensive knowledge and expertise, teaching various raags, taals, bandishes, and vocal techniques. Students actively participated by expressing their interest and perspectives on music.
Suvarcha, a Fine Arts student, welcomed the esteemed guests and dignitaries. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Mohini Thapa, the school's dance teacher. The workshop was coordinated by Mr. Vivek Mohan from the music department and Nisha Arora, Convener of CCA.
