



Model Academy, the prestigious school of MIER organised an insightful workshop for its teachers on April 05, 2025, titled “Team Building & Smart Education,” led by expert trainer and CBSE resource person Dr. Renu Gupta. The session focused on fostering teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills among teachers. Ms. Divya Rathore, Incharge Training, welcomed the participants and highlighted the workshop’s goal of enhancing collaboration within the teaching community.
Dr. Renu Gupta delivered an insightful talk on the importance of team building and smart education in today’s fast-paced world. She emphasized how team-building activities enhance communication, leadership, adaptability, and trust among teachers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Highlighting the role of smart education, she spoke on how AI, interactive tools, and data analytics personalize learning, encourage curiosity, and support self-paced progress. The fusion of team building and smart education, she noted, cultivates critical thinking and problem-solving skills—essential for future readiness.
Dr. Gupta also stressed the importance of emotional well-being, especially in school children, and how a supportive environment among teachers can positively impact students. The session encouraged active participation and stepping beyond comfort zones, reinforcing a shared vision for dynamic and efficient learning communities.
The Q&A session encouraged open dialogue, with participants sharing questions and experiences. Mr. Pramod Kumar Srivastava, Principal, Model Academy, highlighted the importance of team building and smart education in creating a dynamic learning environment. He emphasized that a collaborative atmosphere among teachers fosters both personal and professional growth, leading to more effective teaching and better student outcomes.
Joint Director Mrs. Rupa Gupta commended the resource person for effectively emphasizing collaboration among educators and the role of technology in education. The workshop met its objectives by promoting team building and enhancing smart education practices.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks presented by Mr. Prince Sharma, Academic Incharge, Middle Wing followed by felicitation of the resource person.
