Admission Process

INCLUSIVE SCHOOL

1. Formal screening of a student to check developmental milestones, behavior and type of disability.

2. Parents interview by the school administrators.

3. Report from clinical psychologists, pediatric or other specialist for assessment.

4. Assessment report of a child based on virtual screening for admission in a specified group.

5. Admission form completion along with relevant documents and disability certificate.

6. Number of seats in Inclusive school reserved for students is 30 with a ration of 1:10.

School admission process from Nursery to UKG

1. The minimum age for nursery (O-level) is 3+ years, 4+ years in LKG (A level) and 5+ years in UKG (A+ level) as on 31st March of the year in which admission is to be sought.

2. All valid applications meeting age criteria and complete in all respects are considered for admission.

3. Admission is granted post verification of documents and payment of fee.

Documents to be submitted by the applicants

1. Date of birth certificate, child, and parent’s name. (Please ensure that the child’s name and DOB and parent’s names are the same as provided in the registration form).

2. Child’s and parent’s Aadhaar card.

3. Report Card for previous grade (showing promotion to the class for which admission is sought) should be submitted before joining the school (except for nursery class).

4. Four copies of coloured passport size photograph.

5. Application forms are available in the admission office on all working days from
9 AM to 4 PM.

6. Registration for admission may also be done online.

Admission Process for classes 1st to 5th

1. Minimum age 6+ years as on 31st March for admission in class first.

2. Valid applications meeting age criteria and complete in all respects are considered for admission.

Documents to be submitted by the applicants

1. Date of birth certificate, child, and parent’s name. (Please ensure that the child’s name and DOB and parent’s names are the same as provided in the registration form, Class first only).

2. Child’s and parent’s Aadhaar card.

3. Report card of previous school.

4. Transfer certificate in original countersigned by the competent authority for class 2nd to 5th other than CBSE Board.

5. In case of SC/ST/OBC category, a certificate from the office of competent authority.

6. Four copies of coloured passport size photographs.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Required documents should be complete in all respects. In case, the documents are not complete at the time of verification, admission shall not be granted on condition of submitting documents on a later date.

- Final admission is subject to verification of the listed documents (in original).

- Application forms are available in the admission office on all working days from
9 AM to 4 PM .

- Registration for admission may also be done online.

classes 6th to 8th

Documents to be submitted by the applicants

1. Transfer certificate in original countersigned by competent authority in case of other than CBSE Board.

2. Child’s and parent’s Aadhaar card.

3. Report card of previous school.

4. In case of SC/ST/OBC category, a certificate from the office of the competent authority.

5. Four copies of coloured passport size photographs.

Class 9th and 10th

Mode of selection

1. Report card of previous year (overall result).

2. Interaction with the Principal/ Vice- Principal after verification of documents.

Documents to be submitted by the applicants

1. Original mark sheet of class 8th and 9th.

2. Original character certificate duly signed by the principal of the school last attended.

3. Transfer certificate in original countersigned by competent authority.

4. Student's and parent's Aadhaar card.

5. SC/ST/OBC certificate signed by the competent authority .

6. Photocopy of certificates of achievements, sports, co-curricular activities etc., if any.

7. Four copies of coloured passport size photographs.

8. Vaccination certificate.

Class XI

Mode of selection

1. Eligibility-Grade/percentage of marks obtained in class 10th

2. Admission will be confirmed only after the Board result.

3. For Science stream: Minimum 75% in Maths .

4. For Commerce stream with Maths: minimum 75% in Maths and 65% in aggregate.

5. For Commerce stream without Maths: minimum 65% in aggregate.

6. For Humanities stream: Humanities with Maths- 50% in aggregate.

Documents to be submitted by the applicants

1. Copy of 10th class marks statement downloaded from CBSE website.

2. Original marks statement of class 10th issued by the board along with self- attested copy of the same for verification.

3. Original character certificate duly signed by the principal of the last school attended.

4. Photocopy of certificates of achievements, sports, co-curricular activities etc., if any.

5. Migration certificate in original issued by the Board other than affiliated to CBSE.

6. Student's and parent's Aadhaar card.

7. Four copies of coloured passport size photographs.

8. Email of the applicant.

9. Vaccination certificate.

- Confirmation of admission is subject to the final result of class 10th Board examinations.
