Process

Applications for admission in Classes 1st to 12th can be submitted from the month of February till March. There is direct admission for Classes 1st to 9th based on the merit of the student in the previous class, but for Classes 10th and 12th the students have to take an admission test in order to be eligible for admission. The school grants admission in classes 11th and 12th in three streams i.e. Science (Medical and Non-Medical), Commerce and Arts. Admissions to Class 11th are made only after the declaration of board result of class X and after obtaining a No Objection Certificate from the J&K State Board of School Education.

Admission under Freeship Category

In order to help students belonging to the weaker segments such as scheduled caste / scheduled tribe, below poverty line and students from RBA/LAC areas, the management is pleased to announce reservation up to 20% of seats under the freeship category of the total number of admissions in a year in order to enable them to receive quality education. Admissions under this scheme are made by a committee constituted by the Director, School Education, Jammu as per agreement with J&K Govt. Prescribed form for admission under this category are available from the office.

Admission under Inclusive School

The management is pleased to provide admission to students with mild learning disabilities and mental retardation under the inclusive education programme. The purpose of this programme is to provide equal learning opportunities to these students and help them in developing relationships and prepare them for life in the mainstream. Parents desirous of seeking admission for their ward should contact the admission incharge.
