A one-day professional training session on “Empowered Leadership for Impactful Learning” was conducted on 9th July 2025 at the H.L. Gupta Auditorium, Model Academy.
The resource person was Mrs. Rupa Gupta, Joint Director, MIER whose extensive expertise and visionary insights brought profound value to the session.
The objective of the training was to strengthen the leadership capacity of
educators and equip them with dynamic strategies for fostering enriched and
impactful learning environments.
Mrs. Gupta conducted an intellectually stimulating and highly engaging session. Through thought-provoking discussions, hands on experiences and practical illustrations, she emphasized the transformative role educators play as institutional leaders.
