




A two-day comprehensive workshop on the School Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework (SQAAF) was successfully conducted at Model Academy on 9th and 11th July 2025, with the objective of familiarizing faculty members with the various domains of SQAAF and promoting a deeper understanding of quality indicators essential for institutional growth and development.
The sessions were led by a team of experienced Academic Managers, each of whom presented a detailed overview of specific domains under the framework, sharing practical insights and strategies for effective implementation. The first presentation was delivered by Mrs. Manju Vali, who elaborated on the domains of Co-Scholastic Practices and Infrastructure and Resources, highlighting the role of a well-rounded learning environment and the importance of adequate infrastructural facilities in fostering student engagement and well-being. This was followed by Mrs. Maneka Khanna, who provided an insightful session on the Scholastic and Inclusive Practices domains. She stressed the need for academic rigor alongside equity, ensuring that learning opportunities are accessible to all students, regardless of their background or abilities. Continuing the knowledge-sharing, Mr. Prince Sharma presented on Human Resource Management and Governance Processes, emphasizing the significance of effective leadership, transparent governance, and professional development in maintaining institutional efficiency. The final session was conducted by Dr. Pooja Mishra, who offered an in- depth analysis of the Leadership and the need for schools to actively respond to the expectations and feedback of all stakeholders.
The workshop concluded with a formal Vote of thanks by Ms. Divya Rathore, who expressed gratitude to all the speakers for their valuable contributions and
acknowledged the efforts of the organizing team. The two-day program proved to be an enriching professional development experience, equipping educators with essential knowledge to align their institutional practices with the quality benchmarks defined by SQAAF.
