Model Academy Celebrates Mothers’ Day
The day that recognises the essence of a mother was celebrated in high spirits and merriment.
The theme of the programme was'' Retro- relive the memories of past, present and future'' as the bond of love and affection with mother is everlasting. The occasion was graced by the mothers of the primary wing as special invitees. Audience was entertained by myriad performances by mothers and students comprising heartfelt songs, poems, retro dances.The novel item by mothers mesmerised the audience and left everyone spell bound.
Dr Renu Gupta, Chairperson MIER in her video message while congratulating the mothers said that God himself is the testimony to the great love of a mother as she is the architect of her childrens dreams. She further said that mothers have the magic touch to heal all wounds and make all things. Mrs. Rupa Gupta paid her tribute to mothers by honouring them as epitome of love, affection, sacrifice and generosity.
The programme was anchored by Jazeline Joshua, welcome note was presented by Aditi Raina and vote of thanks was proposed by Vivaan Gupta, students of class 2nd. The programme was conceived and coordinated by Mrs.Manju Vali, Neetu Bhardwaj and Cultural Department
